½     cup frozen mango pieces
½     banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
1      ½-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and halved
½     cup packed baby spinach
1      tablespoon fresh mint leaves
1      teaspoon fresh lime juice
½     cup coconut water
